KEVIN MICHAEL MURPHY Died February 25, 2011 aged 70 years. Sadly missed. Maureen and family wish to thank all relatives, friends, neighbours and ex colleagues at I.C.I. Blackley for the kindness, support, expressions of sympathy, cards, letters, prayers, Masses, flowers and donations for Bury Hospice that they have received. Special thanks to Gail and David for their help and support throughout. Also to all who attended the Requiem Mass at St. Bernadette's Whitefield. Also to all the doctors, nurses and staff on wards 7, 2 and 21 at Fairfield General Hospital and everyone at Bury Hospice all of whom treated Kevin with so much care and respect which was also extended to his family and visitors. To Rev Father Lough for coming out to Bury Hospice to administer to Kevin and for conducting a lovely funeral service. Thanks to Silletts for their care, guidance and support in making the funeral arrangements.
