DAVID MURPHY KHS Jane, Helen & family wish to thank David's friends and colleagues for their many expressions of sympathy, cards of condolence, hospital visits, Mass intentions and donations to Sightsavers. Thanks to those who attended services at St Joseph Ramsbottom to celebrate David's life, and to Fr. David Quiligotti for his kind words and comforting ministrations. Many thanks to the many doctors & nurses of Minden, The Christie Hospital and Bury Hospice for the kindness whilst David was in their care, and especially our GP Dr Paul Norman for his care over many years. To Booth & Wolstenholme and their staff for their professional and dignified support in arranging David's funeral.
