ANNE WHITFIELD Alan and family would like to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for their cards of condolence, floral tributes and donations to MacMillan Cancer Support. These thanks are extended to Steven Roberts for a lovely service, to Dr Saxena and partners at Moorgate Family Care. Thank you to the Paramedics, Doctors and Nurses at Fairfield Hospital and to Bernadette Gibson for all her help and kindness.
